The Pune Bangalore Expressway is an upcoming green field highway planned two connect two major cities of Maharashtra and Karnataka. Bangalore Pune Expressway is spread across a total area of 700 km between Bangalore and Pune. The major idea of introducing this expressway is to reduce the overall time by 95 KM. Presently, the total time taken to cover this distance is 15 hours but with this expressway, the total distance will be halved. The people will take only 7 hours to complete the distance between both cities.
